Join us for a free trial (this will be 3 free classes to be used in 1 week). This will allow you to see what the classes are like and what type of workouts you will be doing if you decide to join, all with no commitment. Just please visit our SCHEDULE page to reserve a spot in class! RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! (Free Trial cannot be combined with any other offer.)

Step 2: On Ramp

The On Ramp course is a great way to ease you into CrossFit. Here, we will introduce you to our most commonly used movements and Olympic lifts so that when it is time for you to join a class, we know you have a foundation and can remain safe! These classes will be scheduled one-on-one with a trainer at a convenient time for you.

Step 3: Join!

It is time for you to join us in the group classes! Choose which type of membership works with your schedule and budget. With all that knowledge you took away from the On Ramp course, you are ready to join the fun and begin your CrossFit experience!
